The staff were incredibly flexible and attentive, especially when it came to accommodating my late check-in request, which made my arrival seamless.
The wifi connection was unreliable throughout my stay, forcing me to rely on my mobile data for important tasks.

safe area, nice local dining, proximity to transport
The cleanliness leaves much to be desired!!! Expect cold water. Stained linens and no room cleaning during the stay!!! Also, watch out for the broken lights!!! Perhaps more staff training in English could help future guests!!!

Solo travelers looking for comfort
I really appreciated how the staff were always there to help me out, even at odd hours.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but for what I got, it was still acceptable.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially practicing Spanish with the friendly staff who were so patient. The small, quiet atmosphere was perfect for relaxation, and I loved taking advantage of the cozy lounge and the cute little garden. One thing to note is that the beds are really firm, which might not be for everyone, but I’d definitely come back again! 😊

The small, quiet atmosphere provided a comforting retreat, and the friendly staff enhanced the experience. Being able to practice my Spanish with them was a highlight, and I appreciated the flexibility they exhibited in servicing my room and storing my luggage. While the location was convenient for exploring local dining options, the firmness of the beds might not suit everyone's preference. For breakfast, the fresh unlimited pancakes were a delightful treat that I looked forward to each morning.

great access to parks and local dining spots for city explorers
during my stay, I loved how close I was to incredible spots like Enrique Olaya Herrera National Park, which was only a 30-minute walk away, perfect for a relaxing stroll, and the variety of local dining options just a few steps from the hotel made exploring the food scene super easy and enjoyable.
